This policy covers Tiny Uni Studio, the private tool that publishes and manages the Tiny Uni YouTube channel, and this website. Tiny Uni is run by Linus Baumberger ([email protected]).
Who uses Tiny Uni Studio
Only the owner of the Tiny Uni channel. It is not offered to other users and does not let anyone else sign in.
YouTube API Services
Tiny Uni Studio uses YouTube API Services. By interacting with it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What it accesses and why
- Upload and manage the channel's own videos: uploading videos, setting titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and playlists.
- Comments on the channel's videos: reading public comments so the channel can reply to them. This includes the commenter's public display name and the comment text.
- Channel analytics: aggregated statistics (views, watch time, likes) for a weekly report to the channel owner.
It does not access any other channel's private data, and it does not use the data for advertising.
Storage, sharing and retention
- The access token is stored on the channel owner's private server, readable only by the owner.
- Comment text and analytics are kept only as long as needed to reply and to write the report, and at most 30 days, except aggregated numbers in the weekly reports.
- Data is not sold or shared with third parties. To draft replies and reports, comment text and statistics may be processed by an AI assistant service acting for the channel owner.
Tiny Uni Studio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access and deletion
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions or through Google's security settings. Stored data can be deleted on request. Write to the contact address above. If you commented on a Tiny Uni video and want your comment data removed from our records, write to the same address.
This website
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages.
Changes
Changes to this policy are published on this page with a new effective date.
